Kaeden Esslemont raises £260 for Angus Foodbank

9th November 2020

THANK YOU KAEDEN ESSLEMONT FOR RAISING £260 FOR ANGUS FOODBANK

Kaeden was kindly given 4 x boxes of golf balls, by Jim at Angus Ink and came up with an idea, solely on his own, that he wanted to bag and sell the golf balls to his dads friends and through the channels Forfar golf course.

He did a couple of Facebook posts and had a LOT of interest and purchases donations for a local charity. He decided he would like to donate all of this to yourselves the Forfar foodbank his reasons is that during the pandemic we helped with an Aberdeen Foodbank doing deliveries set up by the Aberdeen boxer Lee McAllister and he understands that some people especially children don’t have a lot of money or food and wants to be able to provide something little towards yourselves. He has actually been in the school newsletter and is in process of setting up a one off foodbank within Whitehills primary school with the head teacher.

He really is an amazing little boy.
